  1. Jen, is there a parsed version of the Bill for those of us who tend to get headaches reading legalese?

I tend to get a much better understanding of Parliamentary Bills when I can read a few analyses that put them in standard English, go back and look at the actual Bill, and say, “OK, that makes sense” or, “Wait, that doesn’t seem right.”

  2. Thanks for the notification but… is there anyway someone could do a summary on it? For those of us not versed in legalese? I mean, I read it but I don’t really know what it means…
